I also want to join because I help people for fun because it makes people happy and it makes me happy to see people happy. I also want to join because I am a good leader as well as a good staff member. I also want to improve the servers player base by inviting people and recommending the server to others. I really wish to see this community succeed I will be here to stop rule breakers and admin abusers and etc.  I am always active and I am a valuable player and staff member. I know what to do as a staff member and I know how to handle it as well as how to do it. I am strict and stern and mature but I do give people chances. I also feel that the server would be better by adding a bounty hunter system. I have dealt with a numerous amount of people throughout my career as a staff member on different servers and different games. I am fair I don't want to ban people because as a staff member that's your goal. I really love to Role Play especially as a Police Officer so I think this server is fa nominal and I wish to play on it more.  I really like to be a staff member because I enjoy it not because the privileges but because the opportunity to help people.[/b] [b]Why should we accept you into our staff team (Minimum of 5 sentences//points it's your choice): I think i should be accepted becasue of my previous experience as a staff member on arma 3, gmod and minecraft. What i am trying to say is that i have a lot of experience of helping people and fixing problems an enforcing the rules. I also have a lot of experience on arma 3 servers and now the rules in my head. I am a very relaxed, helping and patient person which comes great along when being an staff member, and makes me suitable to handle different situations, rulebreaks, insults between players, rulebreakers and disagreements between players. I really love to help people out with different things, which is one of the most important abilities/reason why I should become a part of the staff team. On my spare time I work at a supermarket where I help customers during 5 and 8 hours shifts, and I enjoy to help them out. I have learned a lot of working on a supermarket and I really want to use this knowledge to help more people across the world. And in my favorite game. I am also not one of the younger kids screaming they want to become staff but a older teenager willing/wanting to help. I also come from Norway which lays in a different time zone, this will make the server better in a way that I can be on as a staff when the other staff members are busy with school or asleep.
